How it works

Del­e­ga­tion Mod­el

  1. We start with a live strat­e­gy call to clar­i­fy your chal­lenge and define the scope.
  2. I then imple­ment the improve­ments myself direct­ly in your work­space.
  3. We wrap it up with a final review call to walk through the changes and fine-tune any­thing that’s left.

Co-Build­ing Mod­el

Instead of the imple­men­ta­tion hours, we build out and improve your work­space in a co-build­ing work­space for­mat. This allows you to fol­low along what’s hap­pen­ing, trains your Notion skills and enables more future ide­pen­dence.
